Job Purpose
The role of an Insurance Sales Specialist is vital to our growth within the Insurance division.
Responsibilities Day To Day
- Engage in meaningful conversations with prospects to understand risks and align suitable insurance options.
- Analyze complex dynamics of a prospect’s insurance supply chain to provide competitive quotes.
- Manage high‑quality leads from Radius divisions, gather requirements and obtain quotations; conduct cold calling to reach additional leads.
- Maintain your sales pipeline and review performance through the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with leadership and marketing teams to refine our offer as we evolve our proposition.
- We focus on fleet insurance, but cross‑selling additional commercial insurance policies will be key to achieving the targeted mix of products.
