Radius is seeking a HR advisor with experience in change management, organisational management, recruitment, and general HR duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ability to use a HR system – Oracle HCM
  • HR experience with expertise in organisational change and supporting complex transitions
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and risk assessment
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver sustainable solutions
  • Ability to support transformative change in a collaborative, dynamic team

Change Management

In conjunction with Senior HR Leadership, provide support on a broad range of proactive end-to-end change management activities and initiatives, supporting implementation of the Target Operating Model (TOM) as a dedicated resource on full change delivery, while shaping the future organisational model.
