The role of Graduate C# Developer is really important to us. In this role you’ll join the talented software development team in our successful and growing telecoms business unit. A Graduate Developer role at Radius offers real life exposure to the technologies and industries in which we operate. We would love to welcome you to our Radius Campus head office in Crewe, Cheshire, working hours of Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm. It is a fantastic modern working environment, built for collaboration, with features including an onsite gym, café, bar, and barista station.

What you’ll be doing…

  • Designing and developing new features in a microservices‑based architecture
  • Building and integrating services that consume external APIs
  • Maintaining and enhancing existing web and microservice systems
  • Creating and managing internal NuGet packages
  • Writing robust unit and integration tests
  • Diagnosing and resolving system issues

What we’re looking for…

  • Recent degree in computer science, or equivalent subject.
  • An understanding of RESTful APIs
  • Familiar with Entity Framework Core.
  • Familiar with front‑end technologies and frameworks like Angular & React.
  • Good problem‑solving skills.
  • Good communication skills both technical and non‑technical.
  • Passion for simplifying processes and improving code quality.
  • Familiar with relational databases and their design e.g. SQL Server.
