Job Description
Thanks to the rapid growth of the UK Fuels network — and the exciting addition of a brand‑new motorway network partner — we’re expanding our team! We’re on the lookout for a proactive, technically minded problem solver to join us within our Site Network department. In this role, you’ll be right at the heart of our network operations, coordinating the technical setup of new site groups and supporting with specific network projects. Your work will help keep transactions flowing smoothly, ensuring our cards are accepted consistently across the networks in the UK and the Republic of Ireland.
What you’ll be getting up to
- You’ll be the key link between site owners, site partners, third‑party bureaus, internal teams and senior stakeholders across Radius.
- Effective communication is essential as you guide internal departments and external partners through setup and onboarding.
- Alongside these projects, you’ll help drive improvements in card acceptance across the UK Fuels and DCI networks, as well as work through risk assessment actions for our stock‑managed locations.
A bit of travel
You’ll occasionally get out and about — visiting service stations and truck stops and attending meetings at partner offices. It’s a great chance to see our network in action.
What we’re looking for

- Confident Excel skills, plus good working knowledge of Outlook, Teams, Word and PowerPoint
- A full UK driving licence

Your responsibilities day to day will be…
- Support Network Operations Manager with technical setup and scheduling orders of site card reading equipment
- Maintain the smooth operation of the site networks (UK/ROI).
- Triage and log tickets through partner websites and communicate with partner sites to ensure smooth operating of managed network.
- Liaise with internal teams to inform or instruct various changes to the card acceptance on the site networks.
- Liaise with network partners and operators to resolve issues, escalating where necessary.
- Organise risk assessment items for all stock managed locations and manage responses via online portal.
- Manage signage stocks, signage deliveries and requests to maintain minimum stock amount at dispatch centre.
- Understand and remove or add mitigation to reduce the chance of issues occurring again.
- Assist in 3rd party card acceptance projects for European partners.
- Help to create and improve formal processes within the team to improve the technical aspects to site technical setups.
