- Start Your Career in Cybersecurity Sales
Are you an ambitious sales professional looking to build your career in one of the fastest-growing areas of technology?
We're looking for a
DMARC Growth Specialist to join our growing cybersecurity team.
In this role, you'll work with existing Radius Connect customers, helping them understand and protect themselves against modern email-based cyber threats such as phishing, spoofing and brand impersonation.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in sales, account management or business development who wants to develop their consultative selling skills while becoming an expert in cybersecurity solutions.
You'll be given training, support and a warm customer base, allowing you to focus on building relationships, identifying opportunities and helping businesses improve their security posture.
What You'll Be Doing
As a DMARC Growth Specialist, you'll engage with customers shortly after they join Radius Connect, helping them understand the risks facing their business and introducing solutions that provide greater protection and resilience.
Your responsibilities will include
- Contacting newly acquired Radius Connect customers and building strong relationships from the outset.
- Conducting customer conversations focused on email security, domain protection and cyber risk awareness.
- Identifying opportunities to introduce DMARC and complementary cybersecurity solutions.
- Educating customers on threats such as phishing, email spoofing and brand impersonation.
- Delivering proactive outbound activity through calls, emails and virtual meetings.
- Managing a healthy pipeline of opportunities and maintaining accurate forecasts.
- Achieving monthly sales, revenue and activity targets.
What We're Looking For
We're less interested in finding someone who already knows everything about DMARC and more interested in finding someone with the drive, curiosity and determination to succeed.
- Confidence communicating with customers over the phone and via video meetings.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A target-driven mindset with a passion for achieving results.
- Experience managing opportunities or a sales pipeline.
- Proven success in experience in sales, business development, account management or a customer-facing commercial role.
- Experience selling technology, Saa S, telecommunications, IT or cybersecurity solutions.
- Knowledge of email security, DMARC or cyber risk management.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Awareness of Microsoft 365 environments.
- Who You'll Be
You'll thrive in this role if you are
- Ambitious and eager to develop your sales career.
- Naturally confident and comfortable speaking with customers.
- Curious and keen to learn about technology and cybersecurity.
- Self-motivated, resilient and goal-oriented.
- Commercially minded and focused on delivering value.
- A strong team player who enjoys building lasting customer relationships.
Why Join Us?
- Opportunity to build a career in the rapidly growing cybersecurity sector.
- Extensive training and development, including DMARC and cybersecurity product knowledge.
- Work with an established customer base rather than cold prospecting alone.
- Clear progression opportunities within a growing technology business.
- Uncapped earning potential through commission and incentives.
- Supportive team environment with ongoing coaching and development.
