The role of Provisioning Delivery Co-ordinator is really important to us. The focus of this exciting and challenging role is to manage the Provisioning and delivery of customer orders for Fixed Line, Broadband & IP Phone Systems which is essential for the continued success of our rapidly growing Telecoms Solution.
Responsibilities- Project management of customer orders (Broadband/Leased Line/Hosted), including providing detailed updates to customers via telephone and email.
- Ensuring all orders are kept fully updated with accurate notes on our CRM system.
- Accurate and timely processing of customer orders in line with our own SLAs and customer requirements.
- Efficiently monitor and self-manage work flows internally and with third parties.
- Liaise with carriers, networks and suppliers to ensure any delays or issues are quickly identified and resolved.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support team objective and act as main point of liaison of our non-mobile orders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency.
- Work with stakeholders to create, update and oversee processes and workflows for existing provisioning processes and implement timely updates as changes occur.
- Maintain key information and data points for order tracking and updates.
- Work towards established department KPIs.
- Good organisation and ability to multitask in a fast moving environment.
- Demonstrate a strong customer service ethic with proficiency in both phone & email based communication with customers and suppliers.
- A good team player & can-do attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and consistent accuracy.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
- An ability to demonstrate initiative in problem solving.
- An ability to work individually and towards monthly departments performance targets.
- Previous Telecoms experience is preferred, however full training will be provided.
