Radius is inviting graduates to join its Graduate People Programme in Crewe, offering hands-on experience across Talent Acquisition, People Projects and HR Operations.
You will rotate through the People team, spending at least three months in each area, gaining insight into recruitment campaigns, onboarding, employee relations, analytics and payroll.
This programme aims to build a broad foundation in People practices while contributing to an inclusive, agile and high-performing culture.
