Account Manager – SME is an exciting new role as part of the Account Management team. You will be responsible for the in-life management and retention of our fastest growing areas in the business. This role is office based in Crewe, and you’ll be part of a vibrant office environment. The key to success in this role is to have a strong will to be customer-focused with an appetite for customer retention and upsell. You will report into our Retentions Manager.
Responsibilities
- Making daily calls to aligned customers
- Retain and renew customer contracts
- Upselling into customer accounts
- Driving cross-company referrals
- Developing learning of Radius product portfolio with the ability to fully explain features and benefits
- Working closely with key partners across the major networks
- After-sales service to ensure customers are satisfied
- Using various CRM systems to extract data and keep them up to date
- Common trend analysis
Qualifications
- 5 GCSE passes
- A-Level or equivalent
- 2+ years in a customer-facing environment (preferably Sales)
