We are currently looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join the fast-growing Energy Team here at Radius.
Responsibilities
- Delivering high-value sales conversions. Leads will be provided but there will be a requirement to generate your own divisional referrals.
- Ensure that the CRM is up to date and holds all the customer information relating to sales and the pipeline.
- Deliver the sales targets.
- Be a team player and refer business opportunities to other group companies as per the internal referral targets that are set.
- Be a self-starter and highly motivated.
- To perform the job by the company’s policies and procedures, especially the Equal Opportunities and Harassment Policy.
- To perform any other duties as may be reasonably required from time to time.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year’s experience in a direct B2B sales role within the Irish energy market.
- Desirable would be fast turnover sales like telecoms, and financial services/Insurance.
- Experience generating their own leads.
- Able to prove they can work under pressure and in a target-based system.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft (or equivalent) software use.
- Experience with a CRM, for example, Hubspot, Salesforce.
- Be a team player.
