Job Description
The role of Proposition Manager is important to us. As a Proposition Manager specialising in UCaaS, CCaaS, IT & Cyber, you will be responsible for leading the development and management of innovative proposition solutions that drive business growth and meet customer needs in the market. You will play a critical role in defining product strategies, identifying market opportunities, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver best‑in‑class products to market. We would love to welcome you to our Belfast office, working hours of Monday‑Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end proposition development process, from concept to launch.
- Develop and execute proposition strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends in the telecoms, IT, and IoT sectors.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market needs, trends, and opportunities for product innovation.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of initiatives, including revenue growth, customer adoption, and user satisfaction.

- Knowledge of agile and lean product development methodologies preferred, but not essential.
