Overview

Radius is a leader in sustainable mobility, connectivity, and technology solutions. Radius was born on the 8th of January 1990 as a fuel card business called UK Fuels, located above a hair dressing salon in Holmes Chapel, about 25 miles south of Manchester. Forward to the present day, Radius now has six integrated business units that operate across 19 countries globally with nearly 3000 employees.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve set monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets.
  • Win new business via cold prospecting, approaching current Radius portfolio customer base, internal and external relationships as well as networking to gain referrals and sales.
  • Construct, present and close larger, more complex sales propositions.
  • Develop a strategic understanding of our customer base including size, turnover, key stakeholders and business strategy.
  • Work closely with our product specialists and implementation team on all new customers – ensuring their journey from prospect to customer is seamless and professional.
  • Ensure the account handover process is followed diligently.

Qualifications / What we expect

  • Commercial acumen and the drive to maximise the profit of each deal.
  • Must have previous experience working and understanding Telematics.
  • Ability to manage and set clear expectations to customers – always looking to exceed expectations.
  • Proven ability to generate new business and close leads that have been shared.
  • System savvy / technical skills would be advantageous for a complex or bespoke product offering.
  • A positive, ambitious and committed approach to hitting targets and delivering on customer requirements.
  • Must possess a clean driving license.
