We're looking for an Associate Technical Support Analyst to join the software development team in our Fuel Solutions business. You'll sit at the intersection of technology, problem solving, and customer interaction, working as part of a well-established team responsible for building, maintaining, and supporting feature-rich platforms across both our Fuel card and Electric Vehicle (EV) solutions.
We're looking for someone who enjoys solving real-world problems, prides themselves on service excellence, and can work closely with fast-paced software development teams. If you have a mix of technical knowledge, analytical ability, and strong communication skills, we'd love to hear from you.
You'll be the first point of contact for customers and business users, assisting with product and software-related queries, ensuring a seamless and professional experience through timely responses and clear communication. You'll apply problem-solving skills and an analytical approach to deliver effective resolutions while upholding excellent customer service standards.
What We're Looking For
- A solid technical background, enabling effective communication with development teams.

- Knowledge of SQL, with the ability to run queries to investigate issues, validate data, and support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
