The role of Account Manager – Mid Market is an exciting new role as a part of an expanding team in the Account Management team. You will be responsible for the in-life management and retention in a well-established area of the business. This role is office based in Crewe, and you’ll be a part of a vibrant office environment. The key to success in this role is to have a strong will to be customer-focused with an appetite for customer retention and upsell. You will report into our Mid Market Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for in-life management of a customer base, by developing personal relationships with key clients, identifying new opportunities within that base, and strengthening and securing them through relationship management.
  • Keep churn within the account base to a minimum and drive retention strategies.
  • Increase cross-selling/product penetration within the account base.
  • Deliver outstanding customer experience by exceeding the needs of the customer.
  • Manage profitability in line with commercial guidelines.
  • Work with internal teams and key stakeholders to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Keep up to date on knowledge of the industry and undertake necessary training.

Qualifications

  • Telecoms background essential
  • 5 GCSE passes
  • A-Level or equivalent
