We are seeking a L&D Partner to work closely with stakeholders across our site in Hilcote, Derbyshire.
The Role
As the L&D Partner, you’ll work closely with the business and HR team, to manage external learning providers, support leadership and management development programmes and help drive apprenticeship and high-potential initiatives. Working as a trusted advisor to coordinate and deliver hands on high-quality learning experiences across all levels of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with internal stakeholders to build collaborative relationships to understand departmental development priorities and learning needs.
- Manage relationships with external learning providers, ensuring quality, value, and alignment.
- Support the design, delivery and coordination of leadership and management development programmes.
- Assist in the implementation and tracking of apprenticeships.
- Develop high-potential and emerging talent programmes, ensuring smooth delivery and a consistent learner experience.
- Coordinate programme logistics, including scheduling, communications, materials, feedback collection, tracking, participation and evaluation.
- Collaborate with the HR team to promote a culture of learning and development.
About You
- Minimum of 5 years in a L&D role, ideally with experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated experience in leadership/management development programs, driving apprenticeship and high potential initiatives.
- Strong experience managing external learning providers and coordinating programmes.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
