We’re currently looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to play a key role in modernising and securing our IT environment. You’ll lead infrastructure improvement projects, strengthen cyber resilience, and help deliver a scalable, future‑ready technology platform that supports business growth and ongoing Cyber Essentials Plus compliance.
This is more than a BAU infrastructure role – you’ll drive digital transformation, improve system performance and resilience, and act as a senior technical escalation point while delivering reliable, secure and high‑performing IT services across the business.
The Candidate
We’re looking for a proactive and security‑focused Infrastructure Engineer with strong experience across Windows Server, Intune/Entra, networking, infrastructure migrations and Cyber Essentials Plus controls. You’ll be a structured problem‑solver with excellent communication skills, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to thrive in a changing technical environment.
You’ll bring hands‑on experience in patching, vulnerability management, backup and disaster recovery, alongside PowerShell or automation skills. Experience with Azure, virtualisation, endpoint management and security tooling would be advantageous, particularly within manufacturing, OT or IoT environments.
