Radius Subterra are seeking a Head of Service Delivery to lead the end-to-end delivery of their gas, water and specialist pipeline operations. You will ensure works are delivered safely, compliantly and within commercial scope, providing clear accountability from mobilisation to close-out while maintaining consistent standards, strong governance and reliable customer performance.

Working closely with Commercial, Finance, SHEQ and Customer Support teams, you will drive operational planning, forecasting accuracy and resource utilisation, strengthening efficiency and process consistency. This is a senior leadership role focused on performance, accountability and supporting sustainable growth across regulated utility frameworks.

The successful candidate will be a credible and commercially astute operational leader with senior experience in utilities, infrastructure or pipeline services. With strong knowledge of gas and/or water network operations, you will confidently lead multi-disciplinary field teams, manage cost and margin and deliver work safely and compliantly within regulated environments.

Structured, calm under pressure and solutions focused, you will build trust across operational teams while driving performance and accountability. Experience within service-led businesses, AMP or RIIO frameworks, NEC contracts or specialist pipeline technologies would be advantageous.
