We’re looking for a hands‑on Support Engineer to support and enhance our IT infrastructure across servers, networks, cloud and business‑critical systems. Working alongside our managed service provider, you’ll deliver multi‑level support, maintain system performance and security and help ensure reliable day‑to‑day operations across the business.

The role also offers excellent exposure to infrastructure modernisation projects including migrations, upgrades, deployments and security improvements. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their infrastructure and cyber security expertise within a fast‑paced and evolving environment.

We’re looking for a customer focussed IT professional with strong technical support experience and a proactive approach to problem solving. You’ll be confident supporting users at all levels, able to translate technical issues clearly for non‑technical stakeholders and capable of remaining calm and organised in a fast‑paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting Windows environments, end‑user devices and IT service delivery processes, with a strong focus on service quality and stakeholder satisfaction. Exposure to infrastructure projects, virtualisation, cloud platforms and endpoint or networking technologies would be advantageous, alongside a collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
