We’re currently looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to play a key role in modernising and securing our IT environment. You’ll lead infrastructure improvement projects, strengthen cyber resilience, and help deliver a scalable, future-ready technology platform that supports business growth and ongoing Cyber Essentials Plus compliance. This is more than a BAU infrastructure role — you’ll drive digital transformation, improve system performance and resilience, and act as a senior technical escalation point while delivering reliable, secure and high-performing IT services across the business.
Responsibilities
- Lead infrastructure improvement projects to modernise and secure the IT environment.
- Strengthen cyber resilience and support Cyber Essentials Plus compliance.
- Deliver a scalable, future-ready technology platform that supports business growth.
- Drive digital transformation, improve system performance and resilience.
- Act as a senior technical escalation point and deliver reliable, secure IT services across the business.
Qualifications
- Strong experience across Windows Server, Intune/Entra, networking, infrastructure migrations and Cyber Essentials Plus controls.
- Proactive and security-focused mindset with strong communication, ownership, and adaptability in a changing technical environment.
- Hands-on experience in patching, vulnerability management, backup and disaster recovery; PowerShell or automation skills.
- Experience with Azure, virtualization, endpoint management and security tooling is advantageous, particularly within manufacturing, OT or IoT environments.
