Overview: Radius Subterra is seeking a Head of Service Delivery to lead the end-to-end delivery of their gas, water and specialist pipeline operations. You will ensure works are delivered safely, compliantly and within commercial scope, providing clear accountability from mobilisation to close‑out while maintaining consistent standards, strong governance and reliable customer performance.
Responsibilities:
- Drive operational planning, forecasting accuracy and resource utilisation in close partnership with Commercial, Finance, SHEQ and Customer Support teams.
- Lead multi-disciplinary field teams to deliver work safely and compliantly within regulated environments.
- Manage cost and margin, strengthen efficiency and process consistency, supporting sustainable growth across regulated utility frameworks.
- Maintain strong governance, consistent standards and reliable customer performance.
Qualifications:
- Senior experience in utilities, infrastructure or pipeline services with strong knowledge of gas and/or water network operations.
- Credible and commercially astute operational leader; structured, calm under pressure and solutions focused.
- Experience within service‑led businesses, AMP or RIIO frameworks, NEC contracts or specialist pipeline technologies is advantageous.
