Today we are a global business services company running in 19 countries across five continents. Our mission is to help companies of all sizes adapt to market changes and take advantage of the opportunities they bring. We are differentiated through our ability to provide fleet and connectivity related products and services in a one-stop shop solution to SMEs, as well as tailored solutions to enterprise level businesses.
Following a recent departmental change, an opportunity has arisen for a Site Network Lead within the Site Network team of the Fuel Division. This role will play a critical part in coordinating the onboarding of service stations across the UK Fuels and DCI networks, as well as overseeing daily operational and administrative activities associated with both networks.
The position requires a high standard of communication, strong organisational capability, and the ability to work effectively with site owners, site partners, and senior stakeholders across Radius. The successful candidate will support network expansion initiatives, contribute to the setup of new service stations, assist with rate negotiations, and facilitate contractual agreements. Additionally, the role will focus on driving improvements that enhance card acceptance across the UK Fuels and DCI networks.
A key responsibility of this role is to manage and coordinate updates and changes to the existing network. This includes handling both internal and external communications while continuously reviewing and refining processes to improve the efficiency and accuracy of site setup and network maintenance activities.
We are seeking an individual who is detail-oriented, process-driven, and motivated by continuous improvement. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, and a working knowledge of Outlook, Teams, Word, and PowerPoint is required. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills would be advantageous.
Your responsibilities day to day will be:
- Lead and coordinate the onboarding process for new site partners.
- Prepare, distribute, and store agreements using platforms such as ESign and Summize.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of site data across systems and spreadsheets.
- Manage and maintain the site network costs via Site Cost Matrix extracting vital commercial content for accurate billing.
- Identify recurring acceptance, billing, or communication issues and implement preventative actions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance both site operations and the overall customer experience.
- Serve as a central point of contact for UK and ROI teams to support timely resolution of site-related queries.
- Operate and manage the site development ticketing system and shared inbox for internal and external enquiries.
- Liaise with network partners and operators to resolve issues, escalating as appropriate.
- Support the coordination and procurement of signage requirements while monitoring company expenditure.
- Manage the creation and distribution of network updates and alerts using the Force24 system.
What do we expect of you?
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.
- Proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
- High standard of computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Confident and professional communication skills, including telephone engagement with site partners.
- Demonstrates accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining high data standards.
