Job DescriptionWe're looking for an organised, proactive and detail-focused individual to join our IT Service Delivery team as an IT Service Delivery Associate.No previous IT experience is required. We're looking for someone with strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and a willingness to learn.This is an ideal opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career, or perhaps looking to move into an IT environment from an administrative, customer service or coordination background.The role sits at the heart of our IT Operations function, helping to ensure colleagues across the business have the equipment, access and support they need to do their jobs effectively.While you'll work closely with internal IT colleagues and external suppliers, this is not a technical role.
