b Overview /b p As an HR Advisor at Radius, you will support managers and colleagues across the business with practical, commercially-focused people advice. You’ll manage a varied caseload across absence, performance, conduct, wellbeing, and queries, shaping consistent employee experiences in a fast-growing global organisation. You’ll coach managers, contribute to people projects, and help maintain data quality and compliant policies. This role offers broad, hands-on HR exposure in a collaborative People Services team, with scope to develop your capability and impact across the employee lifecycle. Join a mission-driven team that values development, inclusivity, and continuous improvement. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li Pension /li li Life assurance /li li Employee fuel card scheme /li li Electric Vehicle scheme /li li Employee assistance programme /li li Wellness and healthcare assistance via Help@Hand by Unum /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Provide day-to-day people advice and coaching to managers and employees across the Radius Group /li li Manage a varied caseload covering absence, performance, conduct, wellbeing, and employee queries /li li Support managers with long-term absence cases, including welfare meetings, occupational health referrals, return-to-work planning, and capability processes /li li Advise on family-friendly policies including maternity, paternity, adoption, and shared parental leave /li li Own caseload, deliver high-quality, timely service and escalate complex matters when required /li li Attend formal people meetings as a representative and note-taker /li li Maintain accurate people data in HR systems and champion data quality /li li Review and improve people policies, processes, and documentation for best practice and legal compliance /li li Support and coach People Associates, sharing knowledge to build team capability /li li Contribute to wider People projects such as engagement surveys, Investors in People, and initiatives aligned to our People strategy /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Proven experience in a generalist HR or People Advisor role within a commercial environment /li li Solid knowledge of UK employment law with experience handling a wide range of people matters /li li CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential /li li Ability to manage multiple priorities and a varied workload /li li Strong attention to detail with experience using HR systems and data /li li Clear, confident communication with influencing, coaching, and relationship-building skills /li li Collaborative team player with a focus on developing others /li li Accountable, resilient, and solutions-focused when challenges arise /li li Adaptable to fast-moving, evolving environments /li li Motivated, energetic, and committed to continuous improvement /li /ul ul li Effective communication /li li Collaborative mindset /li li Influencing and coaching /li li Experience with HR systems /li li Data handling and reporting /li li Knowledge of HR policies and compliance /li /ul
