Overview

In this role you will lead the compliance function within Radius, shaping and delivering the regulatory compliance programme across multiple markets.

You’ll translate FCA and international regulatory developments into practical guidance for senior leaders and help the business manage risk through monitoring and reporting.

You will collaborate with the leadership team to embed controls and assurance across the growing global organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to and implement the compliance framework aligned with business scale and complexity
  • Monitor FCA and relevant regulatory developments across jurisdictions and translate them into practical guidance
  • Lead the compliance plan, ensuring risk-based activities aligned to priorities and oversee monitoring/assurance
  • Provide pragmatic regulatory advice to stakeholders and review customer communications as needed
  • Produce regular compliance reporting for senior management and maintain compliance registers
  • Guide and support the Compliance team, acting as escalation point for complex matters

  • Strong experience in compliance, risk, or regulatory roles with solid FCA understanding
  • Experience interpreting regulatory requirements in a commercial setting
  • Ability to translate complex regulatory developments into clear, practical advice
  • Experience supporting governance reporting and working with senior stakeholders
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills
  • Experience in FCA-regulated environment
