Overview
In this role, you will work with Radius Connect’s existing customers to educate and protect them against email-based threats, focusing on DMARC and related cyber solutions. You’ll build trust with new and existing clients, uncover opportunities, and guide customers toward stronger security postures. You’ll join a growth‑minded cybersecurity team, supported by training and a warm customer base, with clear opportunities to advance. This on‑site position centers on consultative selling, relationship building and hitting revenue targets.

Responsibilities
- Contact newly acquired Radius Connect customers and establish strong relationships from day one
- Lead customer conversations on email security, domain protection and cyber risk awareness
- Identify opportunities to introduce DMARC and complementary cybersecurity solutions
- Educate customers on threats such as phishing, email spoofing and brand impersonation
- Deliver proactive outbound activity via calls, emails and virtual meetings
- Manage a healthy sales pipeline and maintain accurate forecasts
- Achieve monthly sales, revenue and activity targets

- Confidence communicating with customers over the phone and via video meetings
