Overview
In this role you will help minimise revenue leakage for Radius’s Fuel and EV business unit, working within Financial Operations to ensure complete and accurate revenue capture. You’ll analyse invoicing and pricing data, collaborate with Commercial and Margin Assurance, and implement controls and improvements. You’ll partner with IT and finance teams to close gaps, automate checks, and provide clear reporting. This is a hands-on, cross-functional opportunity to strengthen revenue integrity at scale.

Responsibilities
- Analyse and reconcile imported transactional data with invoice data to ensure charges are correctly applied
- Collaborate with Financial Operations, Commercial and Margin Assurance to maintain revenue completeness
- Support pricing data integrity and system-generated charges across systems
- Identify gaps in invoicing processes and opportunities to improve revenue capture
- Deliver solutions with IT and Financial Operations Managers to address revenue gaps and implement monitoring controls
- Drive continuous improvement by standardising processes, reducing off-system steps, and increasing automation
- Produce and track Revenue Assurance KPIs and support ad hoc reporting
- Assist with ad hoc projects and knowledge transfer on data analytics across teams
Key requirements
- Minimum 3 years in a Finance-related role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience invoicing clients and handling pricing fluctuations
- Experience with process improvements
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
- Proficiency with data analysis tools (Microsoft Access, SQL, Tableau)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience collaborating with non-finance stakeholders and building cross-functional relationships
