Overview
As an Inbound Sales Advisor at Radius, you will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, delivering a consultative service and guiding clients to the right products or specialist teams. You will build trust, drive high-quality referrals, and support growth by creating opportunities for our sales teams. The role sits within a customer-focused environment that emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and seamless handovers. You will stay informed about offerings and industry developments to better assist customers and identify referral opportunities. Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels with a professional experience.
- Engage customers to understand needs, circumstances, and objectives.
- Identify opportunities to refer customers to other products, services, or specialist departments.
- Generate high-quality referrals to support business growth and KPIs.
- Educate customers on available solutions and explain benefits clearly.
- Build rapport and maintain relationships to encourage repeat engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, referrals, and outcomes in the CRM.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from enquiry to handover.
- Meet and exceed referral, activity, and customer service targets and KPIs.
- Stay updated on products, services, processes, and industry developments to support customers.
Key requirements
- 2–3 years' experience in customer service, inbound sales, contact centre, or advisory role.
- Proven ability to identify needs and generate referrals or opportunities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly.
- Experience using CRM systems and customer management tools.
- Excellent listening and questioning skills with a consultative approach.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple inquiries.
- Confidence handling objections and finding solutions.
- Ability to work independently and in a team; results-driven with targets.
- Relevant customer service, sales, or industry-related qualifications are desirable but not essential.
