Overview
As an Inbound Sales Advisor in Radius Fuel Cards, you work with warm leads to generate new business and support customers through the sales journey. You will apply scripts to quickly engage prospects, handle credit applications and activations, and answer product questions. You’ll also upsell to other Radius divisions while driving sales and maintaining clear internal communications. Responsibilities
- Contact inbound leads using predefined scripts to introduce Radius Fuel Cards
- Support customers through the sales process, including credit applications and activations
- Answer questions about Radius and its products and services
- Upsell Radius products into other Radius divisions
- Drive conversations to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Maintain up-to-date internal communications and information
- Utilize initiative to meet sales quotas and generate future opportunities
