Overview

In this role you will support the preparation and delivery of consolidated financial reporting for the Radius group, ensuring IFRS compliance and timely submissions. You will work with the Group Reporting Manager on consolidations for over 80 entities and drive accuracy, controls, and continuous improvement within a collaborative finance team. The position offers exposure to audits, tax submissions, and business performance analysis in a growth-focused company with a strong sustainability agenda. You’ll contribute to a high-quality finance function that supports strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Own entities within the Group Holding stack
  • Produce monthly management accounts with commentary and variance analysis
  • Assist in group consolidation of 80+ entities under IFRS, including eliminations and acquisition accounting adjustments
  • Review subsidiary submissions with detailed balance sheet and P&L reconciliations
  • Produce monthly financial reporting packs (P&L and cash flows) aligned to group timetable
  • Assist with audits, corporate tax returns, and statutory submissions
  • Challenge reporting and controls to drive continuous improvement and efficiency
  • Support trainee accountants and participate in business improvement projects

Key requirements

  • Minimum 3 years in a finance-related role
  • ACA/ACCA part or newly qualified
  • Audit background desirable
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work
