Overview
In this Fraud Analyst role, you support Radius' fraud prevention strategy through data analysis and reporting. You will produce weekly and monthly trend reports for management and help educate employees on fraud awareness. The position partners with the Fraud Team to spot new risks and update preventative measures, while handling suspicious activity and coordinating with country teams. You’ll work across the business to share trends, review processes, and drive timely resolution and communication.

Responsibilities
- Produce weekly/monthly fraud and transactional query reports for management
- Design and deliver fraud prevention education and communication for employees
- Identify new fraud trends and risks to enable preventative strategies
- Analyse new customer drawings for potential application fraud
- Record and query suspicious activity with Sales agents, Account managers, and Credit teams
- Coordinate with Head of Fraud and Fraud Team Manager on unusual activity
- Manage fraud queries ensuring timely data requests and updates to customers
- Share trends with Fraud Champions across the business
- Collaborate with other areas to review processes and mitigate risks
