Overview
As Finance Project Manager, you will lead the PMO for Financial Operations and drive successful delivery of strategic projects in the Fuel and EV unit. You will work closely with the Head of Financial Operations, IT, and business teams to define scope, manage multi-project workstreams, and provide senior leadership with clear progress insights. You will design robust test plans, assess risks, and drive business readiness to support change. Responsibilities
- Lead the PMO and generate regular management information to support prioritisation by senior leadership
- Coordinate with IT on end-to-end development requests and provide stakeholder updates
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with senior stakeholders
- Manage multiple projects concurrently and keep tasks on track
- Prepare and present monthly planning meetings to review status and priorities
- Collaborate with business teams to document current processes and improvements
- Suggest time- and cost-saving changes to enhance the Radius customer experience
- Create visual process diagrams (As-Is/To-Be) using tools like Visio
- Develop detailed project plans with milestones, resource needs, and dependencies
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party suppliers for project execution
- Partner with the Finance Manager to understand capacity constraints and identify additional resources
- Acquire deep system and business knowledge to assess risks and impacts of proposed improvements
- Evaluate change proposals and design robust test plans with appropriate readiness activities
- Maintain a strong customer experience focus, particularly in onboarding
Key requirements
- Project Management certification (APM, PRINCE2, PMP, MSP/MoP) or equivalent experience
- 3+ years’ project delivery experience
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and project planning tools (e.g., Microsoft Project)
- Experience with Visio, Lucidchart, or Miro
- Positive, proactive mindset and collaborative approach
- Ability to break down complex tasks into simple steps
