Overview
In this role, you will identify and convert opportunities within Radius' existing telecoms customer base, focusing on DMARC and email security. You’ll engage decision-makers, educate on DMARC benefits, and drive revenue across the sales cycle. The position combines proactive outbound selling with technical collaboration to strengthen customers’ cybersecurity posture. You’ll work with Product Specialists, maintain Salesforce records, and pursue monthly revenue and margin targets, contributing to Radius’ growth and market leadership.

Responsibilities
- Contact customers who recently renewed mobile services
- Conduct initial DMARC and email security qualification conversations
- Identify customers vulnerable to spoofing and phishing
- Educate on DMARC benefits and broader email security solutions
- Create and progress opportunities through full sales cycle
- Collaborate with Product Specialists and Technical SMEs
- Maintain Salesforce records and opportunities
- Manage a pipeline and provide forecast updates
- Achieve daily outbound call and opportunity targets
- Build relationships with key decision-makers
- Deliver against monthly revenue and gross margin objectives
- Stay informed on market developments and cybersecurity trends
Key requirements
- Experience in outbound sales, business development or telesales
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Resilient, self-motivated and target driven
- Ability to uncover customer needs and articulate business value
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment
- Organised with strong pipeline management skills
- Commercially driven

- Experience selling cybersecurity, IT or telecommunications solutions
- Understanding of DMARC, SPF, DKIM or email security technologies
