Overview
In this Director of Revenue Operations role, you will design, optimize and scale the GTM engine across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Account Management. You will establish a single source of truth for revenue data and drive forecast accuracy to support strategic growth. You’ll lead the RevOps stack, governance and analytics, turning corporate objectives into measurable outcomes. Responsibilities
- Shape and deliver revenue growth strategy with leadership, translating objectives into operational plans and metrics
- Lead annual planning: quotas, territory design, capacity modelling and resource allocation
- Own forecasting methodology and improve forecast accuracy
- Set up KPI frameworks across the customer lifecycle and monitor funnel, pipeline health and retention
- Design and improve end-to-end revenue processes across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Finance
- Manage RevOps technology stack (CRM, sales engagement, marketing automation, BI) and ensure data quality and adoption
- Establish a single source of truth for revenue reporting with executive dashboards (CAC, LTV, retention, pipeline efficiency)
- Improve commercial productivity through better processes, tools and insights, including territory and compensation design
- Build and lead a high-performing RevOps team and influence cross-functional decisions
- Drive automation to reduce manual effort and boost efficiency
Key requirements
- 8+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, Commercial Ops or Business Ops
- 3+ years leading cross-functional operational teams
- Proven success scaling RevOps in multi-stakeholder environments
- Expertise in forecasting, pipeline management and business planning; strong GTM and lifecycle metrics
- Advanced CRM expertise (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar) and solid BI analytics knowledge
- High analytical ability with strong problem-solving skills
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, communication and presentation skills
- Proven change leadership and adoption across an organization
