In this Credit Controller role, you will manage receivables for the Telematics business to improve cash collection and reduce arrears. You’ll own ledgers within the UK & Ireland Telematics finance team and collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to support financial targets. The position offers growth in a global, fast‑growing group and a chance to implement policy and process improvements. Your impact will be measured by days sales outstanding and ledger health, while enhancing the customer experience. Responsibilities
- Deliver cash collection and arrears management to meet financial targets
- Own Accounts Receivable ledgers within Telematics UK & Ireland
- Identify risks impacting arrears and suggest policy/process changes
- Prioritize workload to achieve targets and objectives
- Build relationships with stakeholders to support customer retention and financial targets
- Own ledger reviews with operational and sales colleagues to ensure credit policy compliance
- Resolve customer queries to improve DSO and ageing
Key requirements
- Experience in credit control or collections
- Strong communication skills at all levels
- Customer-focused approach to credit collections with retention mindset
- Presentable with good organizational and motivational skills
- Can-do attitude and willingness to roll up sleeves
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and meet deadlines
