Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the collections strategy aligned with financial objectives and risk appetite.
- Oversee end-to-end collections process and lead the collections team to timely resolutions.
- Monitor collections performance, generate reports, and provide recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards in collections.
- Stay informed of industry trends, emerging risks, and best practices in collections management.
- Support the Head of Collections in driving process improvements and talent development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to align collections with company objectives.
- Identify areas for automation and process improvement to boost efficiency.
- Build and manage relationships with external partners (collection agencies, legal firms, etc.).
- Regularly review and update collection policies to meet evolving requirements.
- Design and maintain collections reports and dashboards for real-time visibility.
