Overview
As Cloud & Infrastructure Operations Manager, you own and evolve Radius’ global cloud platforms with AWS at the core.
You’ll lead Tech Ops, Sys Ops, networks and voice teams while shaping infrastructure strategy and technical decisions.
You ensure secure, resilient, scalable, and highly available services and drive reliability improvements through automation and observability.
This role combines hands-on AWS expertise with leadership to optimize security, performance, and cost, across enterprise-scale environments.

Responsibilities
- Own the operational management of cloud infrastructure, with AWS at the core
- Ensure platforms are secure, resilient, scalable, and highly available
- Lead and develop Tech Ops, Sys Ops, networking and voice teams
- Drive operational excellence via automation, monitoring, and proactive service management
- Manage cloud security, performance optimization and cost efficiency across AWS
- Oversee enterprise network services including cloud networking, WAN, VPN, and data centre connectivity
- Support and improve Five9 voice and telephony environment
- Lead major incident response and drive reliability improvements
- Collaborate with Cyber Security, Platform Services and senior stakeholders to improve the infrastructure landscape
- Key requirements
- Proven AWS infrastructure experience in complex enterprise environments
- Experience leading infrastructure, cloud or operations teams
- Deep understanding of AWS architecture, cloud networking and security best practices
- Experience managing highly available, business-critical infrastructure services
