Job Description
You'll own commercial performance for a set of countries within our Fuel business, working across sales, account management and customer service to find and act on opportunities that improve revenue, margin and retention. - Influencing senior stakeholders - Provide data-led recommendations to senior stakeholders on performance improvement and growth opportunities.
- Holding performance reviews - Run country performance reviews with key stakeholders, turning complex data into clear recommendations and business strategies.
- Managing risk and opportunity - Proactively spot risks and opportunities and track corrective actions through to delivery.
- Building forecasting models - Develop and maintain forecasting models, scenario planning and business cases to support investment, pricing and growth decisions.
- Governing commission schemes - Responsible for the modelling, design, implementation and governance of sales and account management commission schemes, aligned to strategic priorities.

- Has worked on commercial performance metrics such as revenue, margin or retention and taken action based on them.
Desirable:
- Can write SQL queries to extract and manipulate data.
- Has built dashboards or reports in Tableau.
- Is proficient in MS Excel, including modelling functions such as pivot tables and lookups.
- Has designed or administered a sales or account management commission scheme.
