We are seeking an experienced and results focussed Paid Media Executive / Performance Marketing Executive with a strong focus on continuously improving campaign outcomes. This is a vital role within the digital marketing team here at Radius. Alongside the team, you'll be involved in developing and executing our paid search & paid social strategy, leveraging both internal paid teams and an external performance marketing agency.
You'll be responsible for executing and optimising paid media campaigns across multiple channels and global markets, ensuring that our advertising investment contributes to achieving our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy and Planning: Support with the development of comprehensive paid media strategies that focus on high-quality lead-generation and achieving a strong ROI. Work to identify and target key audience segments to maximise our campaign efficiencies and effectiveness. Manage our budget allocation across various platforms, including Google, Microsoft, Meta and more.
- Lead Generation: Design and execute campaigns that drive qualified leads into the sales funnel. Work closely with our CRO & UX teams to optimise landing pages, ad creatives, and CTAs to improve conversion rates and reduce cost-per-lead. Work collaboratively with sales and commercial teams to ensure a seamless lead journey and a consistent experience throughout every stage of the funnel.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of paid media campaigns, including ad creation, targeting, bidding strategies, and performance monitoring. Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to continually improve campaign performance. Use tools to track, report on, and uncover meaningful insights into paid media campaign effectiveness, helping to drive lead generation success.
- ROI Optimisation: Continuously optimise campaigns to maximize ROI, focusing on key buying metrics. Implement strategies to improve the efficiency of ad spend, ensuring that spend investment contributes to business growth.
- Collaboration and Reporting: Collaborate with content, SEO, and creative teams to align paid media efforts with broader marketing goals. Regularly report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders. Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in paid media and digital marketing.
What we're looking for:
- You must have demonstrable experience in managing paid media campaigns, with a proven track record in generating leads and ROI optimisation.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, MS Ad. Strong working knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other relevant software.
- Data and Insights Focus: Ability to interpret data, generate actionable insights, and make data-driven conclusions.
- Budget Management: Experience managing media budgets with a focus on achieving optimal ROI.
- Creative Thinking: Ability to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages that drive conversions.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with other teams.
