The Finance manager role will be responsible for the Telecoms division at Radius. Working closely with the Head of A&FC, you'll bring fresh ideas to processes, a keen eye for detail and a collaborative working style.
- Management of 2 employees (based overseas), overseeing all aspects of daily transactional accounting
- Monthly preparation of the management accounts in line with our group reporting deadlines
- P&L articulation to the Head of Accounting & Financial Control, detailing variances to budgets and key trends
- Detailed balance sheet and cash flow reviews as part of the monthly reporting cycle
- Monitoring of supplier commercial agreements, ensuring that our trading forecasts remain accurate
- Monitoring of our partner targets and understanding the GP impact in relation to our supplier agreements
- Working with local senior leadership to support business decisions
- Perform ad-hoc analysis as required
- Leading on the audit, working with our external audit team to provide the necessary information in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Qualified accountant with PQE
- Experience working as Finance Manager with AFC background
- A curious, logical thinker, able to problem solve and use experience to drive continuous improvement
