Job DescriptionAre you someone who takes pride in keeping things organised, spotting the details others might miss, and seeing tasks through from start to finish?
We're looking for an IT Service Delivery Analyst to join our Service Delivery team.
Please note that while this role sits within our central IT department, it is not a technical position.
Instead, it's a highly organised, process-focused role that plays an important part in keeping our business operations running smoothly through communication, accurate record-keeping, strong coordination and excellent operational control.
Success in the role will come from your ability to stay organised, maintain accurate records, take ownership of tasks and communicate effectively with stakeholders across the business.
This could be a great opportunity for someone from an administration, operations, coordination, asset management, compliance or service delivery background who enjoys working in a structured environment and takes real satisfaction from delivering high-quality, accurate work.
What you'll be doing...
You'll support a range of Service Delivery activities that help ensure our IT operations are well organised, compliant and efficient.
Responsibilities will include: Managing and maintaining accurate records of IT assets and stock throughout their lifecycle.
Carrying out regular audits to ensure equipment and inventory records remain accurate and up to date.
Supporting onboarding and offboarding activities.
Assisting with operational and governance processes across the IT function.
Working closely with colleagues across IT and the wider business to coordinate activities and support operational requirements.
Supporting compliance and audit requirements through effective record keeping and process management.
Identifying opportunities to improve processes and make ways of working more efficient.
What we're looking for...
This role is likely to be a great fit if you enjoy administration, coordination, process management, record keeping, auditing, stock control or operational support activities.
You'll enjoy succeeding here if you're naturally organised, take pride in accuracy and like being the person who keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes.
We'd love to hear from you if you can demonstrate: Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. A proactive approach and a willingness to take ownership of your work.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to build positive working relationships with a variety of stakeholders. A positive, can-do attitude and a strong sense of accountability. A desire to learn, improve processes and contribute to team success.
