Job Description
The role of Product Marketing Manager is important to us. The primary focus of the role is to translate our product and service portfolio into meaningful value propositions, defining vertical fit and developing content and collateral that supports pipeline generation. We would love to welcome you to our Crewe office, working hours of Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm.
What You'll Be Doing:
- As Product Marketing Manager you will be responsible for development and delivery of the GTM strategy, working closely with Commercial & Product Director & Propositions team to build and implement a more customer-centric approach. This will be a hands-on role, and there will be a need to support across multiple marketing disciplines with a definite focus on supporting the delivery of the content strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Owning GTM strategy across key elements of our portfolio, adopting a full lifecycle approach to maximise revenue.
- Development of value propositions aligning our technical capabilities with market needs.
- Leading on our verticalisation & segmentation approach, ensuring audience relevance is central.
- Plan and create product and service sales enablement collateral.
- Capture and translate market insights into actions designed to support revenue growth.
- Working closely with the Marketing function to ensure our value propositions are translated into high impact campaigns and customer communications.
- Working in-line with Product Management to translate customer need to defined product and services.
What We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate will be a proven Product Marketing lead with a technology background. They understand its role in the wider marketing mix and bring ideas and creativity to the development of comprehensive GTM approaches.
Skills and Experience:
- Ability to translate market insights into actionable go-to-market strategies that drive growth for new and existing services.
- Expertise in crafting compelling value propositions for Communications & IT managed services, specifically tailored to the UK market and targeting both technical and business decision-makers.
- Proven experience in developing differentiated messaging that highlights key benefits and addresses customer pain points.
- Experience in managing go to market in the UK, ensuring alignment between sales, marketing, and product teams.
- Strong ability to create effective sales enablement content and empower the sales team to sell effectively in the UK market.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and growing products and service offerings within the UK.
Desirable:
- Understanding of the IT managed services market, including key trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape along with experience with core IT managed services offerings (cloud, cybersecurity, network management & IT support).
Personal:
- Confident and effective communicator across a wide range of stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Ability to manage workload and competing priorities, leading on multiple concurrent projects and deliverables.
- Strong team player, with the ability to utilise the skills of the wider team and ensure we are all working towards aligned goals.
