Job Description
We are seeking a focused, dynamic, and self-motivated individual to join our Asset Team, based in Six Hills. The role will be responsible for managing vehicles throughout their lifecycle, from initial order to customer delivery. This includes specification building, supply chain coordination, and overseeing the onboarding process to ensure a smooth mobilisation journey. In addition, the role will support the vehicle remarketing function, assisting with the disposal of assets through retail, trade, and auction channels.
Typical work responsibilities include:
- Manage Supply chain and logistics of vehicles purchased
- Develop and maintain supplier relationships with manufacturers, dealers, funders etc
- Support with customer pricing / deal sheets
- Complete accurate updates on inbound assets, including any additional equipment requirements
- Provide a smooth delivery process in line with sales/branch and customer expectation
- Identify new processes / development / systems to improve service to end users
- Support remarketing team with advertising / call handling / admin
- Provide reporting in a timely and consistent manner
- Day to day administration duties
