Job Description

  • Main Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound customer calls and emails.
  • Handle general customer enquiries professionally.
  • Process policy changes, cancellations, and mid-term adjustments.
  • Maintain accurate records in internal systems.
  • Supporting and servicing a portfolio of key clients, ensuring a high standard of customer care and timely resolution of queries.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, insurers, and internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

Essential Skills & Experience

Minimum 1 year of insurance experience

(essential).

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Account Executives and wider broking teams to achieve client service objectives.
  • Professional telephone manner.
  • Ability to build client relationships.
  • Good organisational skills and ability to prioritize workloads.
  • Proactive, confident, and able to use own initiative.
  • Flexible, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
