The role sits at the heart of our IT Operations function, helping to ensure colleagues across the business have the equipment, access and support they need to do their jobs effectively. While you'll work closely with internal IT colleagues and external suppliers, this is not a technical role. Instead, you'll focus on coordination, administration, asset management and service delivery activities that keep our IT operations running smoothly. What you'll be doing… You'll support a wide range of day-to-day Service Delivery activities, including: Coordinating IT onboarding and offboarding processes for employees Preparing and deploying laptops, mobile devices and other equipment Managing IT assets and maintaining accurate records Monitoring stock levels and organising equipment Processing purchase orders, invoices and procurement requests Working with suppliers to obtain quotations, place orders and track deliveries Coordinating equipment collections and deliveries Providing administrative support across the IT Service Delivery function, Over time, people in an IT Service Delivery Associate position could develop into a range of roles, including: IT Service Delivery Analyst IT Service Desk Analyst Other specialist areas within IT Other operational areas outside of IT If you're looking for an opportunity where you can learn, develop and build valuable experience within a busy IT function, this could be the perfect next step.
