Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Fuel and Charge Adviser to join our team in Crewe, United Kingdom. In this role, you will be the go-to expert for customers seeking guidance on fuel options and charging solutions for their vehicles. Your expertise will help drivers make informed decisions about their energy choices and optimize their vehicle performance.
- Provide expert advice to customers on fuel types, charging options, and energy efficiency for various vehicle models
- Assist customers in troubleshooting issues related to fuel consumption and charging systems
- Analyze customer data to recommend personalized fuel and charging strategies
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in automotive fuel technology and electric vehicle charging infrastructure
- Collaborate with the technical team to develop and improve fuel and charging advisory services
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided
- Conduct research on emerging trends in the automotive energy sector to enhance service offerings
- Participate in customer education initiatives to promote understanding of fuel and charging options
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Bachelor\’s degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years\’ experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in the automotive or energy sector
- Strong knowledge of fuel types, charging systems, and their applications in various vehicles
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Proficiency in customer service software and data analysis tools
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of automotive technology and electric vehicle charging infrastructure
- Familiarity with energy efficiency concepts and their application to vehicle performance
- Relevant certifications in automotive or energy systems are a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
