Radius Limited is seeking a Customer Centricity Manager to operationally own the Group Customer Centricity programme. This role requires managing the AskNicely platform for customer insights, leading the delivery of various programs, and facilitating engagement with senior leaders both in the UK and across Europe.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in customer experience, and a background in B2B services. The position also includes involvement in regular travel and offers a diverse, inclusive work environment.
