We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team in Crewe, United Kingdom. As a Business Development Executive in our Account Management team, you will play a crucial role in understanding customer needs, analysing data, and fostering strong relationships to drive business growth and customer retention.
- Oversee customer growth, training, and development of best practices to drive business value and return on investment.
- Analyse and explore data from various CRM systems to understand the drivers behind customer account closures.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, providing excellent customer service and support.
- Conduct regular check-in calls and account reviews to assess and track customer satisfaction levels.
- Identify and mitigate churn risks through proactive outreach campaigns.
- Recognize and capitalize on upsell opportunities when applicable.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
