Design and oversee monitoring and assurance activity to provide confidence that compliance controls are operating effectively.
  • Advisory Support: Provide pragmatic compliance advice to stakeholders across the business on regulatory requirements, new initiatives, and emerging risks. Support the review of customer communications and other materials where regulatory oversight is required.
  • Governance & Reporting: Produce regular compliance reporting for senior management, providing clear insight into regulatory risks, compliance activity, and key developments. Maintain key compliance registers and support regulatory reporting where required. Provide guidance and support to members of the Compliance team. Act as a senior escalation point for complex compliance matters.
