In addition to handling strong inbound demand, you will actively drive outbound activity, engaging with our exclusive Radius client base to uncover and secure new opportunities.

Your responsibilities day to day will be:

  • Proactively manage inbound enquiries, conducting detailed fact-finds to clearly understand each client’s insurance requirements, risks, and priorities.

  • Negotiate effectively with insurers to secure the most favourable rates, discounts, and cover terms for clients while maximising commercial outcomes.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, demonstrating a strong focus on sales performance and revenue generation.
  • Maintain excellent pipeline management by promptly following up on all leads, diary appointments, and callbacks to maximise conversion opportunities.
  • Deliver a positive, professional customer experience in every interaction, building strong rapport and long-term client relationships.
  • Identify and capitalise on cross-selling opportunities during the fact-find process, supporting clients with broader insurance solutions while driving business growth and increased revenue across Radius.

What we’re looking for:

  • Demonstrates a proactive attitude with a genuine willingness and drive to learn, develop, and continuously improve.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate value propositions and influence client decisions.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, enabling you to establish trust and rapport quickly with prospects and clients.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and target-driven, with a clear focus on achieving and exceeding sales objectives.
  • Solid understanding of sales processes and marketing principles, including pipeline management and lead conversion.
  • Resilient and positive mindset, with the ability to handle objections and rejection while maintaining motivation and performance.
  • Experience using CRM systems (such as HubSpot or Salesforce) and lead generation tools is advantageous, supporting effective pipeline management and sales tracking.

What we can offer you:

  • Comprehensive training, ongoing support, and clear development pathways to help you progress and succeed in your sales career.
  • A collaborative and inclusive culture that reflects our customer-first approach, where teamwork and success are shared.
  • The opportunity to join a fast-growing, agile, and innovative organisation that embraces change and encourages new ideas.
