We are looking for a motivated Junior Project Manager to join our Website Content team. This role is ideal for someone at the early stages of their project management career who is keen to develop their skills in Agile delivery, digital content management, and website development.

You will support the planning, coordination and delivery of website content updates, development enhancements, UX improvements and design tasks across Radius’s digital estate. Working closely with content editors, designers, developers and stakeholders across the business, you will help ensure work is delivered on time, to a high standard, and in line with agreed priorities. This role offers excellent exposure to real-world digital delivery within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. In-person collaboration is important to us; one of the keys to our success. This is an onsite role, based in our state of the art Radius Campus head office in Crewe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project & Delivery Support
    • Support the end-to-end delivery of website content, development enhancements, UX and design tasks using Agile ways of working.
    • Help plan, track and coordinate work across sprints, backlogs and delivery boards.
    • Assist with sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
    • Track progress, risks, dependencies and actions, escalating issues where required.
  • Stakeholder & Team Collaboration
    • Act as a day-to-day point of contact between content, design, development and wider business stakeholders.
    • Support clear communication of priorities, timelines and delivery updates.
    • Help gather and clarify requirements, ensuring briefs are understood and documented.
    • Support alignment between UX, design, content and technical delivery.
  • Website Content & UX Delivery
    • Coordinate website content updates, page launches and enhancements.
    • Support UX and design tasks from brief through to delivery.
    • Ensure content and design work follows agreed standards, brand guidelines and best practice.
    • Help manage approvals and sign-off processes.
  • Governance, Quality & Reporting
    • Maintain accurate project documentation and delivery plans.
    • Support basic reporting on delivery progress, capacity and outcomes.
    • Help ensure work meets quality standards and acceptance criteria before release.
    • Contribute to continuous improvement of team processes and ways of working.
What we're looking for...
  • Essential
    • A degree (or equivalent experience) ideally in a relevant subject such as Business, Digital, Marketing, IT or Project Management.
    • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
    • A clear interest in project management and digital delivery.
    • Basic understanding of Agile principles (Scrum, Kanban or similar).
    • Confident written and verbal communication skills.
    • A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Desirable
    • Any experience (academic, placement or commercial) working on digital, website or content projects.
    • Familiarity with project or Agile tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Trello).
    • Awareness of UX, web design or content management concepts.
    • Exposure to CMS platforms (e.g. Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress or similar).
    • Project management qualifications or training (e.g. PRINCE2 Foundation, AgilePM, Scrum fundamentals).
