Job Description
We're looking for a motivated and results-driven Inbound Sales Executive to join our growing sales team in Crewe, United Kingdom. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound customer inquiries, qualifying leads, and converting prospects into loyal customers. You will work in a fast-paced environment where your ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, and close deals will directly impact your success and our organisation's growth.
- Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing professional and courteous service
- Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and determining fit with our products and services
- Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations tailored to customer requirements
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close sales while maintaining profitability
